Join us this Valentine’s evening featuring an authentic Valentine’s Day Menu on Friday 14th February, in the cottage for an exclusive dining experience.
Our exclusive evenings in the cottage are limited to 12 people, and guests are invited to join us for a glass of champagne from 6:00 p.m.
Once everyone has arrived, we serve a series of snacks while gathered around the kitchen counter before sitting for a four-course menu served at the dining table.
You can expect a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Imagine restaurant-quality food but with no pretence. Instead, you have the chef’s hosting and cooking up an evening of great food, all focused on local produce.
The smaller, more exclusive nights in the cottage give the team the freedom to experiment, refine their creativity, and develop unique dishes for one-off menus, which set the tone for Y Marram and other event menus across the year.
The food for Valentine’s evening will be based, as always, on the seasonal produce available with a focus on local producers. The menu below, from a cottage evening at a similar time last year, provides an idea of the range of dishes and ingredients, though of course the individual dishes will change for the upcoming Valentine’s evening.

We are unable to accommodate allergens and individual allergen requests.

There are two rooms available: king-size and en-suit, including breakfast, which can be reserved when purchasing tickets.

Our last evening event in the cottage
Winter 2024/2025, we ran a spontaneous supper club utilising the cottage venue. The cottage is informal, open and allows for a relaxed but quality evening.
The cottage has now become a firm favourite for hosting menu development nights, private parties and one-off events.
