Who are Flour & Flame?
Based in Bangor, Flour & Flame bring their handcrafted pizzas to Y Marram every Monday, from their signature van to our courtyard oven.
Cooked in a real wood-fired oven, their pizzas are hand-stretched, topped with fresh local ingredients, and served hot from the flames. Expect blistered crusts, melty cheese, bold seasonal flavours and plenty of local love.
You’ll find them across North Wales, but Monday nights at Y Marram might just be the best chance to catch the best wood fired pizza in Anglesey. Pizza lovers from Menai Bridge to Holyhead know where to head when the craving hits.
THE BARS STILL OPEN
While our kitchen winds down, the bar stays lively. Enjoy locally brewed beers, a smooth flat white, or a refreshing soft while the wood-fired oven works its magic.
THE Courtyard
On Mondays, the courtyard becomes the heart of Y Marram, lit with festoon lights, filled with music and chatter. There’s seating under cover, so you're always comfy, rain or shine.
